Terms of service

These terms cover using attunebooks.com and buying from it. By using the site or making a purchase, you are agreeing to them. They are short, and written to be understood rather than to be impressive.

1. What we sell

Attune Books sells digital books, audiobooks, workbooks, and bundles of those. Everything is delivered electronically — there is nothing to ship and nothing to install. Each product page shows what you get and what it costs before you buy. We may add, change, or retire titles at any time.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you will be charged in. Payment is taken by our payment provider through SureCart, our commerce platform. Your card details go to the payment provider directly — we never see or store them.

3. Delivery

Your purchase is delivered to the email address you give at checkout, normally as soon as payment clears. Use an address you can actually reach, and check your spam folder if nothing arrives. If it still has not arrived, tell us through the contact page and we will get it to you.

4. Refunds

If a book is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it and we will return your money in full. You do not need to explain why. Ask through the contact page and include the email address you bought with. After 7 days, sales are final.

5. What you may do with what you buy

When you buy a title, you get a personal licence to read it, listen to it, and use it yourself, for as long as you like, on your own devices. That licence is yours and is not transferable.

What you may not do: resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or pass the file to people who have not bought it. These are small books from a small publisher, and that is what keeps them being made.

6. What this is, and what it is not

Attune Books publishes books. We are not a clinic. Nothing we publish is therapy, diagnosis, or medical or psychological advice, and nobody here is treating you. Our books explain research and give you things to try — they are not a substitute for care from a professional who knows you and your history.

If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country. A book cannot do what a person can, and this is one of those moments to reach for a person.

7. Liability

The site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Attune Books is not liable for damages arising from using this site or what you buy here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
