Privacy policy

This policy explains what Attune Books collects when you visit this site or buy a book, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to sell you a book and answer your messages, and nothing more.

What we collect

• Order details — your name and email address, what you bought, the amount, and the currency.
• Payment information — handled by our payment provider. Your card details go to them directly. We never see them and we never store them.
• Messages you send us — the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact page.

How we use it

We use your information to take payment, deliver what you bought, answer your questions, and keep order records where tax and accounting rules require it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who processes it

• SureCart — our commerce platform. It handles checkout, your order record, and delivery of your files.
• Our payment provider — processes the payment itself and handles card data under its own security and privacy commitments.
• Formspark — receives contact form submissions and passes them to us by email, under its own privacy commitments.

Analytics and advertising

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing following you from one site to the next. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it needs to function — the ones that keep your cart and your session intact while you buy something. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Spam protection

Our contact form includes a hidden field that automated bots tend to fill in and people never see. It collects nothing about you.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and tell us what you need — we will confirm once it is done. Where tax or accounting law requires us to keep an order record, we may need to retain that much even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
